FAQ

1.  Are there the same products in the stores as on the webshop?

Not exactly. In addition to the permanent products, there are also discount products. Therefore, it is definitely worth visiting our stores in person.

 

2. I need a shorter piece of rope than 10 m, but I see there is a minimum order quantity which is 10 m. What should I do?

In this case you should visit one of our stores. In our  store the minimum purchase quantity is 1m. We sell just whole meters.

 

3. What should I do if I want 30 m ropes?

In this case you need to write to the unique meters to the „Choose a custom length” part. If you choose this option you will get your required length in one piece.

If you want 10 m pieces of ropes in skein choose the „10 m skein” option and put as many pieces in the cart as you want to buy. You can also request a different length in the "I choose a custom length" section.

 

4. Is it possible to exchange products?

Of course, it is possible to replace the product if it is unopened, in faultless packaging, in our packaging. We are not able to replace a custom product.

 

5. What qualifies as a custom product?

Every product is custom which is different from our basic products in packaging, length, colour combinations, material, diameter or hardness.

 

6. Are these products manufactured by Galco Ltd?

Yes, Galco Ltd manufactured all kinds of ropes for several generations in Cegléd.

The company manufactures its products from proven, reliable, high-quality materials and trades in its own products, which it guarantees.

 

7. Is there any certificate of the products?

Yes, we issue a certificate of its tensile strength and materials. Our company operates within the ISO 9001 standard.

 

8. How can I have the opportunity to return the empty spools?

Yes, our dealers are happy to bring back plastic spools from our partners, which we recycle to protect the environment. We also take them back in our stores.

 

9. Can I pick up my order in person?

Of course, your order can be picked up in personal and free of charge at our stores.

10. Do I have to pay a cash on delivery fee if I order the package by cash on delivery?

No, we do not charge a cash on delivery fee.

 

11. How much does the shipping cost?

Over net 30 000 HUF the delivery in Hungary is FREE.

Under net 30 000 HUF the delivery in Hungary is net 3 000 HUF. In case of delivery abroad, request an offer for delivery.

 

12. I didn’t find the invoice in the box. What should I doWe send all of the packages with invoice. Your order is no exception. The invoice is on the outside of the box in a red document pouch?
